By accessing SynapHive Apps, you agree to these legally binding Terms.

2. Account Management
a. Authentication Options:

  • Google Authentication Services

  • Sign in with Apple (iOS mandatory)

  • Social providers (Facebook, Twitter, etc.)

  • Email/password (managed by Google Firebase Authentication)

  • SMS verification

  • Anonymous access

b. Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate account information

  • Notify us of unauthorized access

  • Anonymous accounts may convert to permanent by adding credentials

3. Payment Terms
a. In-App Purchases:

  • Processed via Google Play Billing (Android) or App Store In-App Purchases (iOS)

  • Auto-renewing subscriptions can be managed through platform settings

b. Refund Policy:

  • Standard refunds through platform providers

  • Additional 48-hour grace period for unused subscriptions (contact support@synaphive.com)

  • First renewal waiver for new users

c. Alternative Payments:

  • Direct payments (PIX, PayPal, credit cards) may be accepted outside app stores

  • Governed by separate terms at payment point

4. Intellectual Property
a. Our Content:
All App code, designs, and content are owned by SynapHive. Limited use license granted.

b. User-Generated Content:

  • You retain ownership

  • Grant us global royalty-free license to host, display, and modify

  • Report infringement to support@synaphive.com (DMCA compliant process)

5. Prohibited Conduct
You may not:

  • Reverse engineer Apps

  • Bypass payment systems

  • Harass other users

  • Misuse location data

6. Disclaimers
Services provided "AS IS". We disclaim:

  • Continuous availability warranties

  • Fitness for specific purposes

  • Accuracy of location-based features

7. Liability Limitation
Not liable for:

  • Indirect/consequential damages

  • User-generated content issues
